About BudgetStreamer
BudgetStreamer is a free tool that answers one simple question: given the shows you actually watch, which streaming services are worth keeping and which ones can go?
The problem we set out to solve
Streaming was supposed to be the cheap, simple alternative to cable. For a while it was. Then the catalog everyone shared got split across a dozen different apps, each with its own monthly fee. Most households now juggle four or more subscriptions and quietly pay for at least one they barely touch.
The frustrating part is not the number of services. It is that there is no clear way to see which ones earn their place. You know you watch a handful of shows every month. You just do not know, at a glance, which app carries most of them and which one is coasting on a single title you finished a year ago.
What BudgetStreamer does
You enter the shows and movies you care about. We check which United States streaming services carry each one, tally the results, and rank the services from most useful to least. Services holding shows you cannot find anywhere else get flagged to keep. Services with nothing unique are the safe cancellations. That is the whole idea: turn a vague feeling of overpaying into a clear, specific decision.
We do not sell subscriptions, we do not take a cut from any streaming service, and we have no reason to nudge you toward keeping more than you need. The tool works better for you when it helps you cancel.
Who built it
BudgetStreamer was built by DeMarco Bennett AI, a small studio that builds practical tools and automations for everyday problems. We wanted something we would actually use ourselves at renewal time, so we made it and put it online for free.
How we make money
This site is free to use and supported by advertising. Ads help cover the cost of the streaming data and hosting so the tool can stay free for everyone. We do not charge for anything, and we never put your list of shows behind a paywall.
